Nationwide Homes uses modular building systems to
construct your home.
The home is designed and built in a controlled environment,
harmful weather never touches the inside of your home.
Modular homes typically take seven to 10 days to complete in
the factory.
All homes are designed to be energy efficient
Modular homes are held to the same building code standards
as traditional stick-built homes.
Your home also goes through 300 quality inspections and
third party inspections to ensure the highest level of quality.
Once the home reaches the job site, the sections are lifted
onto the home's foundation by crane.
Homes are delivered up to 90% complete and built in one-
third the time.
A finish crew will then complete the home by tying in the roof
sections, siding, and interior finish.
Once the home is set, your independent builder may
complete additional features such as garages, porches, and
decks.
